Account & Login

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Without KYC verification, processing may take a little longer. For first-time withdrawals, allow up to 48 hours.

If a deposit fails but your mobile banking has been charged, the amount will be refunded within 1 hour. If it isn't, email support@bb9.site with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
