3.1 Bet Acceptance

3.2 Determining Bet Outcomes

Results for all matches and events are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sports authority. In the event of any dispute, BB9's decision is final.

3.3 Maximum & Minimum Bet

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market. BB9 reserves the right to adjust the bet limits on specific accounts under particular circumstances.

4.1 Deposit

BB9 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and credit/debit card. Deposits are generally instant, though bank transfers may take 1–2 hours.

The payment account used must be registered under the same name as your BB9 account. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. However, delays may occur during verification or if suspicious activity is detected. Once a withdrawal request is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel it.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Hacking & Fraud: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Software Usage: Using bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Third-Party Payments: Conducting transactions using another person's payment account.

7.1 Closed at User Request

You can close your BB9 account at any time. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed. BB9 also offers a Self-exclusion option as part of responsible betting, allowing you to temporarily remove yourself from the platform.

7.2 Closed by BB9

BB9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents in a timely manner.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
